Utilize the "manage your appointment" link in the verification text for easy rescheduling. Thank you for your cooperation. To address repeated no-shows or no-calls, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service total will be required for future bookings. Additionally, repeated last-minute cancellations (within 6 hours) may incur a $25 fee. Your understanding is appreciated. Terms are subject to change.
